If you are are located outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to pay any import fees and customs duty on your order - SiobhansCrafts will not be liable to pay any charges for you. We do not currently offer pre-paid duty - if you wish for your parcel to be sent with this, please message us BEFORE you order. Processing time
There will be a short processing time I need to prepare and ship orders, this is usually 3-5 working days - although when possible we aim to dispatch sooner.

Customs and import duties/tax
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Any orders that are returned due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
SiobhansCrafts is not responsible for delays due to customs or the pandemic.
